Vasanth Kutty
Director, Technology & Delivery
Vasanth serves as Director of Technology and Delivery, bringing more than 29 years of experience leading enterprise modernization, platform transformation, cloud adoption, cybersecurity-aligned delivery, and mission-focused technology programs across complex federal environments. In this role, he works closely with the PMO to support program execution, delivery governance, risk management, and operational performance, while also partnering with Business Development to align technical solutions, capture strategy, and proposal development with customer mission needs. Vasanth serves as a key liaison between delivery and business development functions, helping translate operational experience, customer requirements, and technical capabilities into practical solutions that support growth, execution quality, and measurable mission outcomes.Throughout his career, Vasanth has held senior leadership roles across technology strategy, program operations, business transformation, M&A IT integration, cybersecurity, and federal delivery, supporting agencies including the U.S. Coast Guard, Department of Homeland Security, Department of Housing and Urban Development, National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration, U.S. Department of Agriculture, U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services, and the U.S. Department of Education. He has led cross-functional teams through cloud migration, legacy modernization, DevSecOps adoption, cybersecurity compliance, workflow automation, enterprise data platforms, infrastructure transformation, and technology consolidation initiatives that improve operational performance, reduce risk, strengthen security posture, and support mission outcomes. His experience includes managing complex IDIQ and task order environments, establishing scalable PMO governance models, directing M&A IT integrations, leading enterprise refresh and modernization initiatives, and supporting business growth through capture, solution development, and executive advisory support. His leadership combines strategic planning with hands-on delivery discipline, enabling teams to translate modernization objectives into measurable execution roadmaps.
Vasanth holds an MBA in Technology Management from the University of Phoenix and a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science from the University of Mangalore. He is a Project Management Professional, Certified ScrumMaster, and ITIL 4 certified.
Outside of work, Vasanth enjoys vegetable gardening and carpentry, where he applies the same patience, precision, and craftsmanship that guide his professional approach to building strong teams, practical solutions, and lasting results.
