Shanti Ferber

Director, Health IT Solutions

Shanti leads the health IT and data analytics practice at Swingtech. Her technical background and hands-on leadership style is critical to understanding and delivering winning solutions to our customers. Her experiences at HHS are focused on regulatory compliance, facilitation of health information collection, and cloud data analytics.

Shanti joined Swingtech leadership team in 2019. She joined us following the company’s strategic win of the Post-Acute Care Program Analytics, Outreach, and Support contract with Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS). Shanti has been played an integral part in building positive, long-term, and effective relationships with customers. She has extensive experience with federal agencies including Department of Homeland Security, Department of Commerce, and Department of Health and Human Services.

Shanti has a background in Biological Sciences and earned her dual master’s degree in Business Administration and Technology Management from the University of Maryland. Shanti is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), as well as holds an additional certification for Scaled Agile (SA).

She is passionate about gardening. She is working on making her backyard a certified wildlife habitat. Shanti is fluent in Vietnamese.
