Lorrie Vervoordt
Director, Business Solutions
Lorrie is responsible for identifying and capturing corporate level business opportunities to support the growth of the company. She is a thought leader whose expertise includes software development, program management, change management, process innovation, strategic planning, sales, and marketing.Lorrie joined Swingtech to assist the Department of Defense application modernization efforts. She provided architectural analysis and design, business process reengineering, custom application development, and deployments of technical business solutions. She has served as the Manager of ServiceNow Platform, working with remote, cross functional teams across the 50+ subsidiary companies of Dycom Industries. Lorrie has more than 20 years of experience working for US government, telecom, publishing, legal and financial industries. She has managed teams of consultants and created multi-year contracts to provide operational efficiencies at the Administration for Children’s Services at the City of New York, American International Group, and the NYNEX Corporation.
Lorrie is ServiceNow Certified in Application Development and System Administration; she is a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and Certified ScrumMaster (CSM).
Lorrie has held board roles with private businesses and with the Citizens Advisory Committee for Public Transportation in Sarasota County. She has four adult sons, enjoys bicycling, is passionate about environmental causes, and provides pro bono consulting services for women owned businesses.
