Director, Human Resources

As the Director of Human Resources, she leads the company’s human resources strategy and operations in support of organizational growth and business performance. With more than 20 years of experience in human resources leadership, Holly brings extensive expertise in organizational development, employee relations, talent management, compliance, and leadership coaching. She partners closely with executive leadership to align human capital strategies with business objectives and oversees all aspects of HR operations, including recruiting, benefits administration, performance management, succession planning, employee engagement, and policy development. Holly also drives strategic initiatives focused on strengthening operational effectiveness, enhancing the employee experience, and supporting the company’s continued growth.

Prior to joining Swingtech Consulting, Inc., Holly built a distinguished career leading human resources functions across a diverse range of industries, including technology consulting, telecommunications infrastructure, utilities and energy, higher education, financial services, and global banking. She has supported both domestic and international operations, partnering with executive leadership teams in highly regulated and fast-paced environments. Throughout her career, Holly has developed deep expertise in labor relations, organizational design, workforce planning, talent acquisition, leadership development, and change management. Her broad industry background and strategic approach to human resources have enabled her to successfully lead organizational transformation initiatives, strengthen employee engagement, and deliver business-focused HR solutions across complex enterprise organizations.

Outside of work Holly likes to travel, garden and paint and enjoys exercising and spending time with family.
