Andrew Cole

Vice President, Operations

Andrew Cole serves as Vice President of Operations, bringing more than 20 years of experience leading federal operations, program management, logistics, and mission support initiatives across complex government and maritime environments. In this role, he oversees operational strategy, program execution, delivery performance, contract compliance, and organizational growth initiatives across the company’s federal portfolio. His responsibilities include overseeing and managing the Program Management Office (PMO), strengthening operational governance, supporting program delivery excellence, and driving standardized processes across the organization. He works closely with executive leadership, program teams, and customers to enhance operational efficiency, support business growth, and ensure successful execution of mission-critical programs aligned with customer objectives.

Throughout his career, Andrew has held senior leadership roles supporting federal operations, acquisition programs, Integrated Logistics Support (ILS), lifecycle sustainment, and maritime logistics initiatives across the defense and homeland security sectors. He has managed multimillion-dollar contract portfolios, directed large cross-functional teams, and led programs supporting agencies including the United States Coast Guard, Department of Homeland Security, Department of State, General Services Administration, and the United States Air Force. His experience includes overseeing program execution, operational governance, risk management, contract management, acquisition support, and logistics modernization initiatives designed to improve readiness, operational performance, and customer satisfaction. Andrew also performs a key role in business growth efforts through strategic planning, capture support, customer engagement, and the development of scalable operational frameworks that strengthen organizational performance and long-term mission success.

Andrew is a proud veteran of the United States Coast Guard. His military service established the operational discipline, leadership foundation, and mission-focused mindset that continue to shape his approach to program leadership and organizational management.

Andrew holds a Master of Business Administration from the Jack Welch Management Institute and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from the University of Maryland Global Campus.

Outside of work, Andrew enjoys spending time with family and friends, and he stays active by golfing, exercising, and traveling whenever his schedule allows.
