Amar Lala
Director, Digital Transformation
Amar leads the Digital Transformation practice at Swingtech. He is experienced across technology, services, and solution implementation. Amar has successfully executed multiple programs spanning DevOps Practice, Agile adoption, Platform Architecture, Business Intelligence, and Integrated Digital Services. He is responsibe for fostering ServiceNow pre-sales, partner relation, consulting, solution, integration, and operations.Amar joined Swingtech to support Department of Defense Enterprise IT service management implementation and adoption of ServiceNow as the single services platform. Amar has more than 20 years of experience in multiple technology disciplines, innovation, digitization, and adoption of technology across global verticals. He has managed globally distributed teams and successfully delivered software products, business solutions, and consulting services.
Amar received Bachelor’s in Computer Science from UNC, and is certified in Agile, ServiceNow, and Microsoft Azure. He continues to learn, share, and apply new tools and trends to simplify technology adoption for better service experience.
Amar enjoys spending time with his family, playing table-tennis, bicycling, and hikes in nature.
