Jyothi Bhargava
President & CEO

A co-founder of Swingtech, Jyothi serves as President and Chief Executive Officer, crafting the strategic direction of the company. Jyothi's leadership has guided Swingtech to prominence as an innovative and premiere Information Technology consulting firm throughout the Department of Defense, Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) and many other fortune 500 companies. The company has built a complementary portfolio of services ranging from Web Application Development to IT Infrastructure Management, Cybersecurity and Open Source Software (OSS) Solutions. She has successfully directed technology-based innovation projects and brings over fifteen years of expertise, business discipline and savvy, as honed working with high growth, innovative technology companies.

Jyothi was instrumental in developing and implementing CMMI for Development Level 2, Level 3, ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management Process for Swingtech Consulting Inc. She has directly managed forward-facing programs for large federal IDIQ and GWAC contracts and has comprehensive expertise spanning the federal acquisition process. Jyothi holds a Master's degree in Management Information Systems from University System of Maryland at Bowie State.

Angela Pak, Esq.
Vice President Operations

A co-founder of Swingtech, Angela is responsible for leading and managing the daily business operations of the company while actively participating in business development efforts. Angela has over 10 years of legal, management, and business experience in the information technology and professional services industries. She has served as legal counsel to federal government contractors and commercial organizations.

Angela holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations and a Juris Doctor. She is a member of the Bar of the State of Maryland.
